§ 153.240 CONFLICT WITH OTHER ORDINANCES AND PRIVATE DEEDS.
   In case of conflict between this chapter or any part thereof, and the whole or part of any existing or future ordinance of the City of Scottsville and Allen County or the whole or part of any existing or nature private covenants or deeds, the most restrictive shall in all cases apply.
