(A) Enforcing officer. The provisions of this chapter shall be administered and enforced by Administrative Official or Zoning Administrator as are from time to time designated. Such Administrative Officials or Zoning Administrator shall have the power to:
(1) Make inspection of any premises necessary to carry out the duties of the Administrative Official and the enforcement of this chapter;
(2) Issue citations for violation of this chapter in accordance with the provisions of KRS 100.991 and the procedures as set forth in KRS 431.015.
(B) Penalties.
(1) In addition to any other penalties provided in KRS 100.991, any person or entity who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction, be fined not less than $10 but not more than $500 for each conviction. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(2) Any person, owner or agent who violates this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each lot or parcel which was the subject of sale or transfer, or a contract for sale or transfer.
