For purposes of this subchapter, FINAL ACTION shall be defined as any final adjudication of the application for any zoning map amendment, variance, conditional use permit or appeal from any administrative official before the Board of Adjustment or the Planning Commission, or the appeal from the decision of the Board of Adjustment or the Planning Commission to any legislative body, or the highest state or federal court to which any appeals shall be taken.
