Building permits.
(A) Construction or the issuance of building permits for improvement on lands on lands shall occur only in conformance with the binding elements of the general development plan (including the development plan expiration date) which has been approved by the Planning Commission.
(B) Construction or the issuance of building permits for improvements on lands shall occur only in conformance with the binding elements of that portion of a detailed development plan (including the development plan expiration date) which has been approved by the Planning Commission.
(C) Building permits issued in conflict with the binding elements of the appropriate development plan approved by the Planning Commission or in conflict with other applicable requirements of this chapter shall be void and of no effect.
