(A) A Board of Adjustment is hereby created which shall be known as the Scottsville - Allen County Board of Adjustment, in accordance with KRS Chapter 100. The Board shall have powers, duties and responsibilities set forth in KRS Chapter 100.
(B) The Board of Adjustment shall consist of five citizen members, all of whom must be citizen members and no more than two members of whom may be citizen members of the Planning Commission. Two of the members shall be county members and the remaining three members shall be city members. The Mayor of the City of Scottsville shall appoint the city members and the Judge/Executive of Allen County shall appoint the county members subject to approval of the respective legislative bodies.
(C) Subject to the provisions of KRS 100.217, the terms of office shall be four years ending on June 30 of the designated year. The Board of Adjustment shall otherwise be organized and operated in accordance with KRS Chapter 100.
(D) The area of jurisdiction of the Board of Adjustment shall include all land within Scottsville and Allen County.
