Should any sign be or become unsafe or be in danger of falling, or should the sign not be maintained in good condition on a continuous basis, the owner thereof or the person maintaining the sign, shall upon receipt of written notice from the Administrative Official, proceed at once to put such sign in a safe, secure and reasonably maintained condition, or remove the sign within the time frame specified in the written notice.
