The following uses shall be prohibited in the Downtown Business District:
(A) Any business which is primarily of wholesale, storage or warehousing nature.
(B) Live animal or poultry sales, gasoline, oil, or alcohol storage above ground in excess of 1,100 gallons, light industrial uses as defined in this chapter and heavy industrial uses as defined in this chapter.
(C) Manufactured home park or manufactured home subdivision.
