§ 153.115 USES PERMITTED.
   The following uses shall be permitted in the Downtown Business District:
   (A)   Any use permitted in the Residential Districts;
   (B)   Any business use that is not otherwise prohibited by this chapter;
   (C)   Churches and other places of worship.
