The following uses and structures shall be prohibited:
(A) Camping trailer, travel trailer, pickup coach or auto camper shall not be occupied as living quarters.
(B) Manufactured homes sales.
(C) Professional offices, fraternity, sorority or fraternal associations, lodging or rooming houses.
(D) Motels, hotels and tourist courts.
(E) No advertising sign other than those specifically permitted under sections of this chapter.
