§ 153.073 APPROVAL OF MULTI-FAMILY AND GROUP FAMILY UNITS.

The Planning Commission must approve all multi-family unit plans and group-family plans in order to protect the integrity of the neighborhood and to ensure that proposed apartments will utilize equal or superior building materials in order to conform to the adjacent structures.
