The following shall be permitted uses in the Residential Districts:
(A) SF. Single-family dwellings and customary horticultural uses, and buildings incidental thereto.
(B) MF. Any use permitted in the SF District and multi-family dwellings, and buildings incidental thereto.
(C) GF. Any use permitted in the SF District, multi-family dwellings, multi-residential group homes, and buildings incidental thereto.
