§ 153.055 RESIDENCES.

Residences shall have a minimum lot size of one-fourth of one acre or more if connected to a public sanitary sewage disposal system, or seven-tenths of one acre or more if connected to an on-site sanitary sewage disposal system approved by the Health Department and shall conform to other lot requirements of the Single-Family Residential District of this chapter.
