§ 153.030 LOT OF RECORD.
   The owner of a lot of record which lot at the time of the adoption of this chapter does not include sufficient land to conform to the yard or other requirements of this chapter, may submit an application to the Board of Adjustment for a variance from the terms of this chapter in accordance with provisions of this chapter.
