§ 32.23 CITY TREASURER.

(A) The office of City Treasurer and City Tax Collector are to remain consolidated and the duties of each of said offices, as prescribed by law, shall be performed by one person designated as City Treasurer-Tax Collector who shall be paid hourly.

(B) This section shall become a law and be in full force and effect on and after its passage and publication as prescribed by law.
