The 1997 Comprehensive Plan Update, including all of the elements of the statement of goals and objectives therein, as promulgated and adopted by the Joint Planning and Zoning Commission of the city and the county, having been reviewed and considered, shall be adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein by the City Council in accordance with KRS 100.193.
