§ 31.45 COUNCIL MEETINGS; TIME AND PLACE.

(A) Pursuant to KRS 83A.130(11), the times for the City Council regular meetings shall be on the second and fourth Mondays of each month. The second Monday meeting will be at noon, local time, and the fourth Monday meeting will be at 6:00 p.m., local time.

(B) The meetings shall be conducted at the Council room of the City-County Building, 201 W. Main Street, Scottsville, Kentucky. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the meetings shall be via Zoom Video Conference.
