It shall be unlawful for any person to picket in an unlawful manner or picket or induce others to picket the establishment supply or delivery vehicles or customers of any person, firm, or corporation engaged in business, or to in any manner interfere with any person or persons desiring to transact business with any person, firm, or corporation engaged in business when no labor dispute exists between such employer and his or her employees or their representatives.
