§ 112.24 MASS PICKETING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, singly or in concert with others, to engage in picketing or any form of picketing activity that shall constitute mass picketing as defined in division (B) below.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      MASS PICKETING. Any form of picketing in which:
         (a)   There are more than two pickets at any time within either 50 feet of any entrance to the premises being picketed, or within 50 feet of any other picket or pickets; or
         (b)    Pickets that constitute or form any character of obstacle to the free ingress and egress from any entrance to any premises either by obstructing the free ingress or egress by their persons or by the placing of vehicles or other physical obstruction.
