§ 112.21 EMPLOYEE’S RIGHT TO SELF-ORGANIZE.
   Each and every employee shall have the right to self-organization; to form, join, or assist labor organizations; to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing; and to engage in other concerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection, and shall also have the right to refrain from any or all of such activities, but no person, labor union, or organization nor association of labor or management or otherwise may use strength, force, or action, economic or otherwise, which can have the effect, either directly or indirectly or tend to interfere with, restrain, or coerce employees in their right to freedom of self-organization and right of individual choice and election as set forth in this subchapter.
