§ 112.20 DEFINITIONS AND CLASSIFICATIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   LABOR DISPUTE. Any controversy concerning a lawful objective between an employer and the majority of his or her employees in an appropriate bargaining unit concerning wages, hours, or conditions of employment; provided, that if any of the employees are members of or represented by a labor union, a controversy between such employer and a majority of the employees belonging to or represented by such union concerning wages, hours, or conditions of employment, shall be deemed as to the employees who are members of or represented by such union a LABOR DISPUTE within the meaning of this subchapter.
   LABOR UNION. Any association group, union, national and local branch, or subordinate organization or any union or working men or women, incorporated or unincorporated, organized and existing in part for the purpose of protecting themselves and improving their working conditions, wages, or employment relationships in any manner, and shall include the local, commonwealth, national, and international affiliates of such organizations or unions.
   PICKET. Any person stationed at any premises involved in a labor dispute as that term is defined above, by or acting on behalf of any organization for the purpose of peacefully inducing anyone not to enter the premises involved, or for peacefully apprising the public by signs, banners, or other means of the existence of a labor dispute at or near the premises in question or to observe the premises involved so as to ascertain who enters or patronizes the same.
