§ 112.05 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   Any license issued hereunder may be revoked by the Mayor and City Council for the following reasons:
   (A)   False information submitted in the application of the licensee, or as a part thereof; and
   (B)   Conviction of the licensee of a felony either within or without the commonwealth.
