§ 153.158 LOT AREA AND YARD AREA.

(B) No side or rear setbacks, other than meeting building and fire codes, if located adjacent to Business or Industrial Districts. On lots adjacent to a Residential District, all buildings shall be located so as to provide a minimum side yard of 50 feet on the side adjacent to the Residential District. Streets or public rights-of-way 30 feet or more in width may be included as the side yard requirement of this section.
