(A) The price to be charged by the city for the base for each monument erected in Crescent Hill Cemetery shall be the sum of $100 for a single and $150 for a double and the Superintendent of said Cemetery shall have supervision over the construction of any and all such bases and is empowered to prescribe the requirements for the same as to size and quality of material to be placed therein.
(B) (1) The price of grave lots in Cresent Hill Cemetery are
$600
per grave lot.
(2) No old-section lots shall be exchanged for lots in the new addition to Crescent Hill Cemetery unless the old-section lots can be resold.
(3) Notwithstanding this increase in price, any lot owner may transfer his or her lots to a member of his or her immediate family (parents, spouse, children, brother, or sister) without any additional charge. This may be accomplished by a conveyance by the lot owner to the city and a reconveyance by the city to the lot owner’s relatives. There is a $5 administrative fee.
