§ 90.08 KEEPING ANIMALS; RAISING OF LIVESTOCK.
   (A)   No person, firm, partnership, or corporation shall raise hogs or any other kind of livestock within the city and have the feeding place or pen for keeping the same closer than 200 feet to any building used or occupied by any person or persons as living quarters.
   (B)   Any person keeping a dog or dogs at all times in the city shall keep the same on his or her own premises, or if not, then he or she shall have said dog or dogs under leash and, further, that if necessary, to prevent such dog or dogs from barking at night, that the same shall be provided with a “barker” or other device to prevent the same and; provided further, that every dog owned by anyone shall be vaccinated against rabies and shall have a certificate from a veterinarian showing that the vaccination has been done, and any dog kennel shall be maintained in a sanitary condition and not closer that 200 feet from any building occupied as living quarters by any person or persons.
   (C)   There shall be hereafter no dogs at any public meeting in the city with the exception of a dog on show, a dog performing in a parade or other performance, trained guide dogs, or K-9 police officers.
   (D)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to the keeping of a milch cow for family purposes.
