SCHEDULE V. OVERSIZED VEHICLE AND TRUCK PARKING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle which is over 17 feet in length from the front part or fixtures thereof to the rear part of fixtures, that is from tip to tip or any truck, even 17 feet or shorter which has on it any cargo or other thing that makes said truck of greater length than 17 feet as aforesaid, upon the Public Square or on either side of Main Street extending from Public Square eastward to intersection of First Street, or westward from the Public Square extending to intersection of Cemetery Street or northward from Public Square one block to intersection of State Highway 71 or Bowling Green Road, except for the purpose of loading or unloading such truck and then such truck shall not be parked for any greater period of time than reasonably necessary for the loading or unloading of said truck.
      (2)   This division (A) shall be in full force and effect on end after its passage by the City Council.
      (3)   Any person, partnership, firm, or corporation violating this division (A) shall be fined not less than $1, nor more than $15 for each offense and each time such person, partnership, firm, or corporation shall suffer or permit such truck to be parked as prohibited pursuant to this division (A), shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   (1)   No trucks or trailer-trucks or any other truck except pick-up trucks shall park on S. Court Street from the Square, south and following the new 31E to the city limits.
      (2)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating this division (B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less that $1, nor more than $15, for each offense and each day that such offender shall violate the same shall constitute a separate offense.
