(A) There are 114 appropriately established and designated parking spaces on the City Public Square and one block from said Public Square on N. and S. Court Streets and E. and W. Main Streets.
(B) The aforesaid 114 parking spaces shall be used for motor vehicle parking only. No double parking shall be allowed.
(C) The maximum period of time allowed for the use of a parking space shall be two hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., local time Monday through Friday, excepting legal holidays.
(D) Violation of this schedule shall be punished by a fine of $20 per violation. The amount of the fine shall be doubled if not paid within 30 days. The registered owner of the motor vehicle in violation of this schedule shall be responsible for the payment of the fine.
