SCHEDULE III. PARKING PROHIBITED AT LIMITED TIMES.
   (A)   No motor-propelled or driven vehicle, or any trailer, other than ordinary passenger cars, not exceeding seven-passenger capacity and pick-up trucks, shall park on Main Street in the city for more than two hours without moving said vehicle from the entire space wherein the same shall be parked. Any such vehicle while parked as permitted pursuant to this schedule after sunset and before sunrise, shall have burning continuously at the front and rear such warning lights as will clearly outline said vehicle to the public for at least 100 feet.
   (B)   The provisions of this schedule shall not apply to any space now controlled by parking meters or hereafter so controlled during the hours that money is required to be deposited in said meters, and in that event the ordinance applying to said parking meters shall control.
   (C)   This schedule shall be in full effect on and after its passage, approval, and publication as the law directs.
   (D)   Any person or persons, firm, partnership, or corporation violating this schedule shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $5, nor more than $15 for each offense.
