§ 30.02 NONPARTISAN ELECTION OF CITY OFFICIALS.
   (A)   It is the consensus of the present members of the City Council that the best interests of the citizens of the city will be served by the nonpartisan election of city officials.
   (B)   The election of all city officials shall be conducted in accordance with the nonpartisan election provisions of KRS 83A.050 and KRS 83A.170.
