SCHEDULE II. PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES.
   (A)   (1)   There shall be no parking of any vehicles of any kind, motor-driven or horse-drawn or of any other kind, on the north side of W. Maple between S. Welch Street and S. Court Street; and on the south side of E. Maple between S. Court Street and S. First Street in the city.
      (2)   This division (A) shall not be construed to prevent emergency parking nor bona fide parking for the purpose of loading or unloading at any business house abutting said prohibited area, but only so long as necessary.
      (3)   This division (A) shall be effective upon its passage, approval, and publication as the law directs.
      (4)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating this division (A) shall be fined not less than $1, nor more than $15 for each offense, and each day shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   (1)   There shall be no parking of any vehicles of any kind, motor-driven or horse-drawn, or any other kind on the west side of S. First Street in the city between E. Main and E. Maple Streets and the Chief of Police is hereby ordered and directed immediately to paint the curb of said street with customary yellow paint and otherwise see that this division (B) be enforced strictly.
      (2)   This division (B) shall not be construed to prevent emergency parking or bona fide parking for the purpose of loading or unloading at any business house abutting said street, but only so long as is necessary.
      (3)   This division (B) shall be effective upon its passage, approval, and publication as the law directs.
      (4)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating this division (B) shall be fined not less than $1, nor more than $15, for each offense, and each day shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   (1)   No vehicle of any kind, character, or description, whether the same be horse-, mule-, or other animal-drawn, or whether the same be self-propelled by gasoline or any fuel or electric motor shall be parked on the east side of S. Third Street beginning at the south side of Maple Street and between there and the city limits of said city at its southern border.
      (2)   This division (C) shall be effective upon its passage, approval, and publication as the law directs.
      (3)   Any person, corporation, firm, or individual violating this division (C) shall, upon conviction, be fined in the sum of not less than $1, nor more than $15 for each offense and each vehicle and each day each vehicle be so parked shall constitute a separate offense.
   (D)   (1)   The south side of Cherry Street from N. Court Street (Kentucky Highway No. 101) east to N. Third Street, with the exception of a loading space at the rear entrance of Doyle Florist, is hereby designated a no parking zone. The aforementioned area shall be marked with no parking signs and appropriate yellow line markings.
      (2)   This division (D) shall be effective upon its passage, approval, and publication as the law directs.
   (E)   The west side of Second Street between Main and Maple shall hereafter be a no parking zone.
   (F)   The entire 914 feet length of the street shown by a plat recorded at Minor Subdivision Plat Book 11, page 33, Allen County Clerk’s office (50-feet wide) is hereby established as a no parking zone on both sides of the street.
