(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firm, partnership, corporation, or individual to park any vehicle or suffer or cause the same to be parked on the asphalt on E. and W. Main Street from the city limits to the Public Square except in legally marked parking space.
(B) For the purpose of this schedule, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
VEHICLE. Includes any and all conveyances used, for hauling passengers or freight and any and all vehicles by whatever power operated.
(C) Any person, persons, firms, partnership, corporation, or individual violating this schedule or any part of the same shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $1, nor more than $16 for each offense.
(D) This schedule shall be and become a law on and after its passage and publication as the law directs.
