(A) No motortruck, tractor, trailer, bus, or other motor vehicle shall be operated upon Parkway Drive in the city (from U.S. Highway 31-E to Kentucky Highway No. 101) if the combined weight of vehicle exceeds 10,000 pounds.
(B) This schedule shall not apply to school buses, emergency vehicles, deliveries to residents, and vendors of essential services to residents.
(C) Any operator of a motor vehicle in violation of this schedule shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $100.
