SCHEDULE IV. STOPPING GENERALLY.
   (A)   Any and all vehicles, except horses, mules, or other animal-drawn vehicles, shall be caused to be brought to a dead stop when approaching E. Main or W. Main Street from any street which intersects said Main Street and it shall be the duty of any and all drivers of said vehicles to a dead stop before proceeding upon said Main Street as hereinbefore set out.
   (B)   Any person or persons, firm or firms, partnership or partnerships, corporation or corporations, individual, or individuals who shall violate this schedule, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction therefor, shall be fined not less than $1, nor more than $15 for each offense, and each failure to stop at said Street as hereinbefore set out shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
   (C)   This schedule shall become law on and after its passage, approval, and publication as the law directs.
