§ 72.02 PARKING NEAR THE PUBLIC SQUARE.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to keep or store or park any motor vehicle on the Public Square or streets of the city in front of or on any side of any filling station or service station where said Public Square or street abuts the sidewalk in front of or on the side of any filling station or service station.
      (2)   No provision of this division (A) shall be construed to prohibit customers from stopping at any filling station, or service station in the ordinary manner of obtaining service thereat in the usual course of business of said filling station, or service station.
      (3)   This division (A) shall become effective from and after its passage, approval, and publication as required by law.
   (B)   (1)   All vehicles that are parked or placed on the streets of the city or on the Public Square in the city shall be parked or placed in the space set apart for the same and on the Public Square in spaces set apart and designated on said Square by white chalk or painted lines, leaving the space designated and set apart by a double line for passage way for pedestrians, open and unobstructed.
      (2)   For the purpose of this division (B), the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
         DOUBLE PARKING. Any car parked behind the car that is parked behind the car that is parked in the lines and up to the curb.
         LEGAL PARKING OF CARS OR VEHICLES. Cars or vehicles shall park in the lines set apart for them and up against the curb.
         VEHICLE. Include any and all conveyances used for hauling passengers or freight and any and all vehicles by whatever power operated.
      (3)   It shall be unlawful to park or place any car or vehicle within seven and one-half feet of either side of a fire plug.
      (4)   Trucks hauling merchandise to the various business houses in the city shall not be allowed to exceed one hour to unload said merchandise.
      (5)   Business persons who deliver merchandise to customers shall also be allowed a reasonable time to load trucks for deliveries to said customers not to exceed one hour.
      (6)   This division (B) shall be and becomes a law on and after its passage and publication as the law directs.
