§ 53.33 PRECLUDING HOOKING OR CONNECTING GUTTERS OR DOWNSPOUTS TO SEWER SYSTEM.

(A) No city sewer user, resident, or any person shall connect or hook on any gutters or down spouts or other such drainage devises to the city sewer system and any such connections now in existence shall forthwith be disconnected.

(B) Failure to comply with the provisions of this section shall subject the violator to the sanction of having the city discontinue sewer and water services.
