(A) There shall be no connections permitted to the city’s sanitary sewer service system unless and until the property owner or its contractors have demonstrated to the city’s inspectors that a backflow prevention check valve assembly designed to prevent the backflow of sewage into the improvements on the property has been properly installed.
(B) The aforesaid backflow check valve shall be installed between the cleanout fitting and the building to be serviced.
