(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 52.01(A), or failing or refusing to abide by and comply with the rules or regulations promulgated to effectuate the provision of § 52.01 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $5, or more than $50 and costs. Each succeeding day a violation of § 52.01 exists shall constitute a new and separate offense.
