11-1-14: SEVERABILITY:
Should any section, provision, or particular application of this title be adjudged invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, it is the intent of this title that such judgment shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this title, and such shall remain in full force and effect. (Ord. 1067, 6-19-2006)
