   A.   Powers And Duties Of The City Clerk:
      1.   Process all applications for changes in zoning boundaries, conditional or special uses, and site plans, including the collection of any fees.
      2.   Process all applications for the board of zoning appeals.
      3.   Make and keep all records required by state law or necessary and appropriate for the administration of the zoning regulations.
      4.   Maintain the official zoning map. (Ord. 1067, 6-19-2006)
