9-9-9: CONFORMITY WITH STATE LAW:

The provisions of this chapter shall not be interpreted to modify any rights or responsibilities under the Kansas Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord Tenant Act or the Kansas Residential Landlord Tenant Act. (Ord. 1198, 5-20-2019)
