Violation of any requirement in this section shall be a Municipal offense holding a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and jail for up to thirty (30) days. Each day during which a violation occurs shall be deemed a new violation. Non-compliance by the contractor will be deemed grounds for revocation of a contractor's license. (Ord. 1198, 5-20-2019)
