Any unit not brought into compliance with this section and applicable code sixty (60) days after the first notice of violation and any unit not capable of being brought into compliance with this section shall be deemed inhabitable and shall either be removed or demolished at the expense of the owner within sixty (60) days of the notice that such structure is not habitable. No inhabitable structure shall be allowed to remain within the City. Any inhabitable structure remaining after the time allowed, shall be deemed a nuisance and subject to applicable nuisance penalties and abatement. (Ord. 1198, 5-20-2019)
