8-2-11: THEFT OF WATER; CHARGES AUTHORIZED:
Nothing in this chapter shall be interpreted as prohibiting institution of theft charges against any person stealing water from the City by bypassing a meter, tampering with a meter or by any other means. (Ord. 936, 1-7-1991)
