7-4-3: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a class C violation and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs. (Ord. 1027, 7-2-2001)
