7-3-10: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this Chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate violation of this Chapter. (1983 Code § 14-119; amd. 1998 Code)
