A. No street trees shall be planted under or within ten (10) lateral feet of any overhead utility wire, or over or within five (5) lateral feet of any public underground water line, public sewer line, transmission line or other utility.
B. Trees planted before the passage of this chapter shall be excluded unless such trees constitute a hazard to life, property, public safety, or public utilities. (Ord. 1243, 9-19-2022)
