4-7-5: BURNING PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to burn solid waste within the corporate limits of the City unless an approved incinerator is provided or unless a variance has been obtained from the appropriate air pollution control agency. (1983 Code § 5-404)

4-7-6: PENALTY:

Any person violating any provision of this Chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code; provided, that each day's violation thereof shall be a separate offense for the purposes hereof. (1983 Code § 5-405; amd. 1998 Code)
