The Police Officers Pension Plan for the city is made a part of and incorporated into this subchapter as if set forth at length. The Plan was previously adopted by the city by motion on 12-3-2002. A copy of this Plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk. The Mayor and Council are hereby authorized to amend the Plan at any time by a motion duly moved, seconded, and adopted. The Plan shall be effective 1-1-2003.
