(A) This chapter (Ordinance 2016-01) is hereby passed and approved and any other ordinance or section or resolution passed and approved prior to the passage, approval and publication or posting of this chapter in conflict herewith is hereby repealed.
(B) Effective date. This chapter shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage, approval and publication or posting as required by law effective April 5, 2016.
