§ 152.06 THE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
   The City Clerk, City Administrator or Building Inspector of the city, which individual has certified flood plain manager credentials, whether there be one or more, is hereby designated jointly as the community's duly designated enforcement officers under this chapter.
