Any person who shall cut down, injure, or destroy any tree, plant, or shrub, or who shall injure, or destroy any building, equipment, or paraphernalia belonging to the municipality and installed in its parks, or who shall commit any waste of any kind therein, shall upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined in any sum not less than $5 nor more than $100.
